Lunch 2.0 findet einmal im Monat in verschiedenen Städten statt. Gesponsort wird das Essen vom gastgebenden Unternehmen, das zum offenen Austausch und zum Unterhalten in ihren Büros, einem Restaurant oder sonstigem geeigneten Plätzchen einlädt. Sie sind jedoch zentral organisiert. Jedes Unternehmen kann anbieten, seine Büros für ein solches Event zur Verfügung zu stellen, eine Auswahl findet im Wiki statt.
